Aqua Guard™ — All Sales Final & Refund Policy

At Aqua Guard™, we strive to provide quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Aqua Guard™ are considered final sales once an order has been placed and confirmed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchasing

  • Accidental purchases

  • No longer wanting or needing the product

  • Personal dissatisfaction unrelated to a product defect or an inaccurate product description

  • Ordering the wrong quantity or product

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our All Sales Final Policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team.

To help us review your request, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if available

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when required by applicable law.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the communicated delivery timeframe, please contact us at aquaguardstores@gmail.com.

We will investigate the shipment and assist with an appropriate resolution.

5. Subscription Purchases

Subscription orders are subject to this All Sales Final Policy.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund orders already processed.

Customers may cancel future subscription renewals in accordance with our Subscription Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
