Aqua Guard™ Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. One-Month Minimum Commitment

By purchasing an Aqua Guard™ subscription, you agree to an initial minimum subscription commitment of one (1) month, beginning on the date of your first subscription purchase.

Your initial subscription order is subject to our refund and cancellation policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Subscription Cancellation Policy

Customers agree to an initial one-month subscription commitment.

After the first month, customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time without additional cancellation fees.

Cancellation will prevent future subscription renewals but will not automatically refund any payments already processed.

Customers retain all cancellation rights required by applicable law.

3. Automatic Monthly Renewal

Following the initial one-month subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew every month unless canceled.

The payment method provided at checkout will be charged the agreed subscription price on each scheduled billing date.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

After completing the initial one-month commitment, customers may cancel through their online subscription management portal or by contacting our customer support team.

To avoid the next subscription charge, cancellation must be completed before the next billing date.

5. Refunds and Processed Orders

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled solely through subscription cancellation.

Refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Agreement to Subscription Terms

By selecting the subscription purchase option and completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the initial one-month commitment, recurring monthly payments, and cancellation conditions described above.
